WHEREAS, it i s appropriate and de sirable to amend the Salary Plan
and Rates of Corr�pensation Resolution regardi.ng salary advancement for
; F'ire Fighf.ers; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution
be ameaded in Secti.on T F 1 (a) thereof, so that said Section I F 1 (a) shall
re ad:
" (a) For each 1040 hours an employee, other than a Fire
. Fighter, has appeared on the payroll in one position,
he may be granted an increase in salary of one salary
step up to and including Step C. For the firs� 1760 hours
a Fi re Fi�hte r ha s appe are d on the payroll, he may be
p�ranted an increase in salary of one step to Step B. For
the next 640 hours a Fire Fi�hter has appeared on the
payroll�after he has attained $tep B, he may be �ranted
an increase of one step to Step C. For the next 1760
hou'rs a Fire Fi�hter has appeared on the payroll after
he has attai.ned Step C, he may be �ranted an increase
of one step to Step D. For each 2080 hours a Fire Fi�hter
has appeared rni the�payroll after he has attained Step D,

An administrative Resolution amending the Salary Plan

WHEREAS, it is appropriate and desirable to amend the Salary Plan
and Rates of Compensation Resolution regarding salary advancement for
Fire Fighters; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution
be amended in Section I F 1 (a) thereof, so that said Section I F 1 (a) shall
read:
" (a� For each 1040 hours an employee, other than a Fire
Fi�hter, has appeared on the payroll in one position,

which incorporates into the salary Resolution when a Fire Fighter is
eligible for salary advancements.
