WHEREAS, in order to comply with the Department of Natural Resource Outdoor Recreation Project
Agreement, the City of Saint Paul needs to impose certain restrictions on the property
BE IT RESOLVED, That ffie City Council of Saint Paul hereby authorizes the proper City Officials to
file this resolution with Ramsey County Property and Revenue Department imposing the following
restrictions on said property;
1. The property shall be managed and maintained for outdoor recreauon purposes consistent with
the approved grant application.
2. The property may not be used for any other purpose without the express prior written approval
of the Commissioner of Department of Natural Resources.
