RESOLVED, That the proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an agreement with the Office of the
United States Marshall whereby the City 's police department will
undertake to furnish radio repair services for such equipment
owned by the Marshall 's office, subject to the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement, a copy of which is to be kept on file
of records in the Department of Finance and Management 3ervices .

PURPQSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: '
To provide the User with radio repair, ic�spection ser�ces and techniccl ossistance.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The User shall pay t�o the City the sum of $26.00 per hour for services provided by th� City.
All material used by the City in providing the services ahall, additionally, be paid for by
the User at tfie City's octual cost for such materials plus 1596 to cover ordarirwg, hardlirwp,
