RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Norman A. Vogel the sum of $50 .00 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about March 26 , 1982, as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk's office on April 5, 1982 .

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY NORMAN A. VOGEL
On P�arch 26, 1982 , Norman Vogel 's vehicle hit a pothole on
Randolph and Fairview. The rim was bent and the tire was split
from hitting the pothole . The City of Saint Paul had received
complaints about this pothole from March 23 thru March 27 , 1982 .
Because we had notice of the condition, the City of Saint Paul
settl.ed Mr. Vogel 's claim for $50 .00 .
