AN ORDINANCE AMENDTNG CHAQTER 21 OF THE SAINT PAUL ADMZNISTRATTVE CODE
ENTITLED "OFFICERS' QUALTFZCATIONS" .

Section 1.
That Section 21. 03 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code be and the same
is hereby amended to read:
21. 03 City Engineer and Director, Department of Public Tnlorks.
Bachelor s Degree plus seven years' respons�ble
experience in public adnunistration involving
planning, organizing, and �udgeting in the field
of civil engineering or Public Works. Must be:
Registered professional civil engineer in the
State of A'i�.nnesota or el�gible to fulfill requixe-
ments within six months to one year.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30� days from
and after its passage, approval and puk�lication.
