CLERICAL - GRA.DED, by inserting at the end of said Secti.on 3. B and
immediately after th.e titles listed under "SPECIAL EMPLOYMENTS",

General Statement of Duties: Performs supervisory and food service work
in the operation of a park refectory; and performs related duties as
required.
Supervision Received: Works under the general supervision of a unit or
division supervisor. '
Supervision bcercised: May exercise supervision over refectory attendants,
helpers and instructors.
TYPICAL DUTIES PERFORMID
The listed examples may not include all duties performed by all positions in
this class.
Prepares and cooks short order meals; such as, hamburgers, fries, eggs,
pancakes, soup and chili.
Serves short order meals, refreshments and beverages.
Makes sandwiches, fountain specialties, coffee, etc.
Sells golf tickets and merchandise; rents golf carts.
Sells tow tickets, rents ski equipment, takes registration for lessons.
Handles cash for above listed transactions; accounts £or cash; makes out
cash reports.
Takes inventories; orders supplies.
Cleans and keeps area in a neat and sanitary condition.
Supervises and trains employees; makes out time reports.

Considerable skill in preparing short orders, fountain specialities,
beverages and other refreshments.

Service Rules (Clerical Group). It is to be inserted at the end of the
present Section a.nd is to be 1abeled "Ungraded".
'I'his R.esolution. also establishes the ti.tle of R.efectory Supervisor in
Secti.on 3.B (Clerical, Ungraded) of the Civil Service Rules, and it
establishes in Secti.on 32 a class_specification for this title.
