TYPICAL DUTIES PERFORMID The listed examples may not include all duties performed by all positions in this class. Prepares and cooks short order meals; such as, hamburgers, fries, eggs, pancakes, soup and chili. Serves short order meals, refreshments and beverages. Makes sandwiches, fountain specialties, coffee, etc. Sells golf tickets and merchandise; rents golf carts. Sells tow tickets, rents ski equipment, takes registration for lessons. Handles cash for above listed transactions; accounts £or cash; makes out cash reports. Takes inventories; orders supplies. Cleans and keeps area in a neat and sanitary condition.
