WHEREAS, There has been filed in Ramsey District Court a
Temporary Injunction enjoining and restraining the State of
Minnesota from taking any action toward closing or interfering
with the business operations of the MGM Liquor Warehouse of
Lexington Avenue, Inc. - 451 North Lexington Avenue, and per-
mitting the aforesaid business to operate under the license
which would otherwise have expired on January 31, 1982; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the off sale liquor license transfer of the
aforesaid business from Michael Maglich to L. G. , Inc. be and
the same hereby is granted with the following condition: that
the only rights under the license which are transferred are those
which exist pursuant to the aforementioned Ramsey District Court
order.
