Licenses presently issued to TYie Brass Rail of St. Paul, Inc.
at 225 W. Seventh Street be transferred to Pat McGovern's, Inc.
at the same address.
The officers of this corporation are James H. McGovern,
President, and Patrick Boemer, Secretary and Treasurer. They are
also the stockholders.
They will operate this business personally and it will
be Irnown as Patrick MeGoverns.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommend-
ation is for approval.
