RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in fu11
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
l. Jeff Mullin the sum of $500 .00 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about February 17, 1982,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk 's office on March 26, 1982 .
2 . Lloyd J. Stransky the sum of $45.39 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about January 24 , 1982 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk's office on February 17, 1982 .
3. Verla ��lhite the sum of $255 .01 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about February 23, 1982 ;
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk 's office on April 22, 1982 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JEFF MULLIN, LLOYD J. STRANSKY,
AND VERLA WHITE
Claimant, Jeff Mullin, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works , vehicle
on February 17 , 1982 . The City vehicle, driven by Peter J.
Sorensen, was part of a blacktop detail and was motioned ahead
by one of the other crew members . Mr. Sorensen did not see
the Mullin vehicle pulling around him and hit the Mullin vehicle
and it pulled in front of him. Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged v�hicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Mullin's claim in the amount of $500 .00 .
On January 24 , 1982 , a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works, snow plow backed into claimant, Lloyd Stransky 's , drive-
way and struck his trash enclosure. The name of the driver of
the City vehicle is unknown. The amount of $45 . 39 is the cost
to repair Mr. Stranksy 's property . This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Stransky ' s claim in the amount of $45 .39 .
Claimant, Verla White, requests reimbursement for damages to
her automobile which were sustained when tree branches fell
off of a City of Saint Paul , Department of Community Services ,
vehicle. Ms . White was driving behind the City vehicle and
ran into the branches after they fell . This office approves
the settlement of Ms . White 's claim in the amount of $255 .01 .
