M E M O R A N D U M CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY JEFFREY PAUL CODY, FRANK J. KRIEGLMEIER, AND DEAN EGGEN Claimant, Jeffrey Pual Cody, was involved in an automobile acci- dent with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services, vehicle on January 4 , 1982 . Our driver, David Cavegn, was back- ing up a city vehicle which had a boom protruding from the rear. This boom struck the hood of a vehicle, which was legally parked. This vehicle was owned by Jeffrey Paul Cody and the amount of damage done to his vehicle was $277 .08 . This office approves the settlement of Mr. Cody 's claim in the amount of $277 .08 . Claumant, Frank J. Krieglmeier, request compensation for two sets of jumper cables and 24 feet of welder 's cable which were taken from his automobile. The cables had been stolen and recovered by the City of Saint Paul, Department of Police . Mr. Krieglmeier was notified that his cables were at the police department and when he went to pick them up they were missing from the police property room. It appears that the cables may have been given to the wrong person. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Krieglmeier's claim in the amount of $78 .00 . Claimant, Dean Eggen, was involved in an automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Fire and Safety Services , vehicle on March 24 , 1982 . A City fire truck, driven by employee Michael Treat, backed out of an alley and hit a parked vehicle, owned by Dean Eggen. Mr. Eggen's vehicle was damaged in the amountr of $684 .43 . This office approves the settlement of Mr. Eggen's claim in the amount of $684 .43 . O
