In full settlement of the 1981 negotiations, the parties hereto have agreed as follows: 1. Except as herein modified the signed 1981 Maintenance Labor Agreement between the parties, shall be the basis of the forthcoming lahor . agreement. 2. Article 9.5 - Article 9.5 of said agreement shall be replaced with Article 9.5 which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 3. Appendix C - Page C1 of Appendix C of said agreement shall be re- placed with page C1 of Appendix C which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. It is understood that the above settlement sha.11 be recommended by the City . Negotiator, but is sub�ect to approval by the City Administration and adoption of the Civil Service Commission and the City Council.
