RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon the
reco�nmendation of the Director of the Public Works Department,
does hereby approve agreement between the City, Port Authority of
the City of Saint Paul and Minnesota Harbor Service, Inc. , per-
taining to a settlement of a dispute regarding the payment for
emergency repairs of a portion of the sloping rip-rap an the
easterly side of the Mississippi River adjacent ta Warner Road
used for mooring anchors by the Authority's tenant, Minnesota
Harbor Service, Inc. , whereby the City will receive the sum of
$35, 000 in settlement for al.l past damages to the portion of
slope, and the proper city officers are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: . �
This Resolution approves agreement pertaining to a dispute settlement for �
emergency repairs for a portion of Missiseippi River Revetment along Warner Road.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The City will receive $35,000.00 in settlement for past Revetment damage
