WHEREAS, Oxford Development Minnesota, Inc. has agreed to pay
in advance a substantial portion of its properly levied service
charges on assessments resulting from the operation and maintenance
of Town 5quare Park; and
WHEREAS, it is in the City' s best interest that any such pay-
ments be received as soon as possibl�.
NQW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the proper City officials are
hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City an
agreement between the City and Oxford which would provide for the
advance payment to the City Oxford' s share of the operating and
maintenance expenses of Town Square in a form approved by the City
Attorney.
