RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
1. Perry Oleson the sum of $152 .50 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about November 20 , 1981,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
i.n the City Clerk 's office on January 11 , 1982 .
2. Alton Schoch the sum of $1,558. 77 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about January 8, 1982 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed �aith
the City Clerk 's office on January 14 , 1982.
3. Randall R. Quast the sum of $483. 31 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about November ll, 1981,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk's office on December 11, 1981.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY PERRY OLESON, ALTON SCHOCH, AND \
RANDALL R. QUAST
Claimant, Perry Oleson, was involved in an automobile accident
on November 20 , 1981, with a City of Saint Pau1, Department of
Police, vehicle. The driver of the City vehicle , Officer Eric
Anderson, backed into Mr. Oleson' s parked car as he was reaching
for the squad microphone. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Oleson 's
claim in the amount of $152 .50 .
Claimant, Alton Schoch , was involved in an automobile accident
on January 8 , 1982 , with a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Police, vehicle . The driver of the City vehicle was Officer Peter
Bravo and he was unable to stop for a stop sign becuase of icy
conditions at the intersection and therefore, struck Mr. Schach '�s
vehicle. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Schoch ' s claim in the amount
of $1, 558 . 77 .
Claimant, Randall R. Quast , was involved in an automobile accident
on November 11, 1981, with a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Police , vehicle . The driver of the City vehicle, Officer Robert
Luna, pulled from a curb and was distracted by someone else and
he struck Mr. Quast 's parked vehicle . Expenses are for the repair
of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Quast 's claim in the amount of $483 . 31 .
