A Resolution amending Resolution C. F. 277710
Establishing Fees Pursuant to the Zoning Code,
and Establishing Fees For Subdivisions.
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby adopt fees for subdivisions pursuant to Chapter 67 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code, by amending Resolution C.F. 277710,
adopted November 17, 1981, so as to add the following fee schedule
thereto: �
11. Subdivision Plat Procedures
A. Lot Splitss $10 for each lot or portion thereof.
B. Preliminary Plat: $100 plus $5.00 for each lot.
C. Final Plat: $50
