Our check in the amount of $100,000 is enclosed and represents an . initial payment towards the $1,000,000 commitment to the City of Saint Paul. It is our unde�standing that the project will be admin- istered in Saint Paul by the City of Saint Paul, Division of Tianpower . Programs in cooperation with Independent School District iVo. 625. We also realize that the total plan, as projected in the concept paper, D might be amended from tiiae to time, and that there may be changes in the projected budget.
