RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that
the designation of Gregory J. Haupt by the Mayor to
serve as acting Mayor pursuant to the provisions of
Section 3 .02 of the Charter for the period of August 2
through August 6 , 1982 , is hereby approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this service is subject always
to the Mayor ' s control and direction and that upon the
expiration of the designated time period, the preceding
designation of Richard Broeker as acting Mayor shall re-
main in full force and effect. ,.
