RESOLVED� That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. Charles H. Nadeau the sum of $76.95 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about April 17, 1982,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk' s office on June 2, 1982 .
2. Olga I. Thompson the sum of $283. 01 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about April 21, 1982,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk ' s office on June 21, 1982 .
3 . Wilbert E. Wetzel the sum of $228 .60 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about May 19, 1982 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk' s office on June 1, 1982.

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SA�NT PAUL
BY CHARLES H. NADEAU,, OLGA T. THOMPSON, and WILBERT E. WETZEL.
On April 17, 1982 a City of Saint k'aul sewer line was plugged up
in front of 976 Watsonv The homeowner, Charles Nadeau, had sewer
drain serva�ce performed in the amount o£ $76 .95. This office
approves the settlement o� Mr. Nadeau' s claim in the amount of
$76 .95.
On Apr,il 21, 1982 Mrs. O1ga Thozttpson tripped and �e11 on a rise
in a City sidewalk and injured herself. She fell on 9th Street
near St. Peter. This offa.ce approves settlement of Mrs. Thompson' s
claim in the amount of $283. 01.
On May 19, 1982 a City of Saint �aul forestry crew was trimming
a large boulevard tree in front o� 2019 Sargent. A branch from
this tree fell and damaged a window awninc� at 2019 Sargent owned
by Wilbert Wetzel. This office approves settlement o� Mr. Wetzel 's
claim in the aznount of $228. 60 ,
