He was notified of the makeup class to be held on February 24, 2000, but failed to appear for the class; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the provisional operator license (license ID # 19990005615) issued to Richard Tomlinson is hereby revoked for failure to successfully complete the required tasicab driver training course.
