He attended, but did not complete the ta�cab driver training course held in January, 2000. He attended the makeup class held on February 24, 2000, but failed the makeup test held on February 28, 2000; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the provisional operator license (license ID # 0099939) issued to Timothy Spann is hereby revoked for failure to successfully complete the required t�icab driver training course.
