Transfer of $1,000 from Mediation Expense Account to Ci'�ty Attorney
Travel Account to provide funding for attendance by City Attorney
at 47th Annua.l NIMLO Conference � .
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
To provide funding for the City Attorney to attend the above
conference at which he is a scheduled speaker. No funds were
provided in the 1982 City Attorney budget for this conference. .
Funds are available in the Mediation Expense Account for transfer.
The balance rema.ining in this account will be sufficient for 1982.
