RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an agreement with the City of Falcon Heights
whereby said City is granted permission to out-let storm water run-
off through the City of Saint Paul 's St. Anthony Park system for a
consideration in the amount of $165,400 .00, said figure being a
percentage participation in the current net worth of the original
project, a copy of said agreement to be kept on file and of record
in the Department of Finance and Management Services.

The Public Works Committee at its meeting of September 8 , 1982 , took
the following action:
1. HEARING: VACATION: Petition of Richard R. Lopez , et al, for the
9/14/82 vacation of Germain Street between E. Idaho and Christie
Place in order that the Easterly 1/2 of vacated Germain
Street can be used for cemetery purposes and the Westerly
1/2 can be used for residential purposes .
Recommended approval .
2 . HEARING: VACATION : (Laid over from 8/31/82) Petition of Paul Sween,
et al , for the vacation of part of alley adjacent to Lot 6 ,
Summit Avenue Terrace, for the purpose of off-street park-
ing to meet zoning requirements for a proposed rehabilita-
tion of a building to be used for residential purposes .
Matter laid over for one week - committee members to
view site. - RECOMMENDED APPROVAL after viewing 9/8/82.
3. J ST. ANTHONY PARK STORM SEWER SYSTEM-FALCON HEIGHTS
CONNECTION :
Recommended approval of proposed agreement between City
of St. Paul and the City of Falcon Heights to grant
permission to Falcon Heights to outlet storm water runoff
through the St. Anthony Park Storm Sewer System for a
compensation of $165 ,400 . 00.
