RESOI,VED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
authorize and direct the proper City Officials to execute on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul a two (2) year extension of a lease agreement
from May 1 , 1982 to Apri1 30, 1984, between the City of Saint Paul and
the State of Minnesota for land owned by the State and located on the West
side of I-35 E between Granite and Cayuga Streets, said land to be used
for playground purposes.. (Cayuga Playground)
Consideration for use of the property to be $200.00.
