As you are aware, the Stem Hall-Theatre property includes many fixures which would normally be included as part of the real estate. These include such things as the organ, rigging in the theatre, the seats in the theatre, various toilet facilities, mirrors, etc. The purpose of this letter is to confirm our past discussions that these items will pass to us as part of the real estate and c3n be disposed of by us. it is certainly agreeable to us that the Civic Center Authority should take those items for which it has use. I have been advised that the Civic Center Authority has no need for, no:r does it wish to have, the organ, ... the rigging and most of the seats i the theatre. We are writing his letter so that disposal of these items which will pass to us can be expedited. As you know, time is of the essence and we want to be in a position to demolish the property without delay once the transfer takes place. Therefore, if you would confirm the understandi::g whzch. we have expressed in this letter we can proceed accrdingly. Sir_crely yours, ST.
