1. Gregg Radefeldt the sum of $300 .00 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about June, 1980 to
April, 1981, as more particularly set out in the Notice of
Claim filed in the City Clerk 's office on November 23, 1981.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY GREGG RADEFELDT
Claimant, Gregg Radefeldt, requests reimbursement for damages to
his automobile which was towed by the Saint Paul Police Department
and held at the Impound Lot on request by the County Attorney.
While the vehicle was at the Impound Lot, June, 1980 to April,
1981 , the damages occured. This office approves the settlement
of Mr. Radefeldt 's claim in the amount of $300 .00 .
