WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul by Council Resolution
C.F. 278652, on May 11, 1982, did authorize the proper City officials
to condemn certain properties owned by the Chicago, St. Paul, Milwaukee
and Omaha Railroad Company, and St. Paul Investment Co. , Inc. for street
purposes; and
WHEREAS, The City is desirous of proceeding iu��ediately with the con-
struction of the street improvements in order to complete construction
during the su�er/fall months; and
WHEREAS, Section 1303.3 of the Saint Paul City Charter requires the City
Council to pasa a resolution directing the deposit of the award into District
Court prior to the passage of title and the commencement of the improvements.
NO�W THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul by
this resolution hereby authorizes the proper City Officials to deposit with
the Clerk of Court the amount of $3,441.00, which represents the award granted
to the above named property owners, as a result of the condemnation referred
to in Council Resolution C.F. 278652.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that upon deposit of said amount into District Court
and upon passage of title as directed by the court, the proper City officials
are hereby directed to couonence the construction of the proposed street im-
provements.
