11�HEREAS, the St. Paul Developmental Achievement Center, a non-profit
organization better known as the St. Paul DAC, and the Ramsey County
Infant Program, serves the city of St. Paul and its citizens by
providing valuable services to developmentally disabled children, and
WHEREAS, public funding to support services provided by the St. Paul
DAC and the Ramsey County Infant Program have been cut back, and
WHEREAS, the St. �aul DAC and Ramsey County Infant Program are attempting
to raise funds to continue their activities, sponsoring a footrace to
be called, "Run Baby Run - lOK," and
WHEREAS, the Ca�ty Council of the City of St. Paul wishes to encourage
and support the efforts of the St. Paul DAC and Ramsey County Infant
Program, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the St. Paul City Council declare Saturday, August 28,
1982, to be �t. Paul DAC and Ramsey County Infant Program Day and
encourage all citizens of St. Paul to take part in this event.
