P-42 GR-80-911, now pending e ore t e r2innesota Public Utility
Commission, at a rate of $65 .00 per hour, the total compensation
not to exceed $6,500.00, and chargeable to Account 50200 (Special
Fund) ; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Attorney shall prepare an
agreement setting forth the terms and conditions as stated above.
