RESOLVED, That the Civil Service Rules be amended in Section 20.A - ACCUMULATTNG SICK LEAVE CREDITS, so that the last sentence of said Section 20.A shall read as follows: "The provisions of this Section shall not apply to any employee whose position is in the Special Employment Group unless specifically provided for in a collective bargaining agreement. ;however, the provisions of this Sec�ion shall apply to Substitute Librar Specialist for those hours which are regularly assigned, but shall not apply to Substi.tute Library Specialist for those hours which are worked in place of a regularly assigned emplo�ee." and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the provisions contained herein shall be effective retroactively to January 26, 1982.
