RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in fu11
tot3�e City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-51.1-000 , to:
l. Rose Mary Sullivan the sum of $34.13 in full settlement of
her claim of dama.ges sustained on or about March 25, 1982 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk's office on April 14, 1982.
2. Elaine Priester the sum of $218 .15 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about December 31,
1981, as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim
filed in the City Clerk 's office on January 29 , 1982 .
3. Dorothy Fenrick the sum of $271 .70 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about June 10 , 1981, as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk's office on July 10 , 1981 .
4 . Gary J. Salkowicz the sum of $283.50 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about January 23, 1982,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk 's office on March 29 , 1982 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROSE MARY SULLIVAN, ELAINE PRIESTER,
DOROTHY FENRICK, AND GARY J. SALKOWICZ
Claimant, Rose Mary Sullivan, was driving her vehicle westbound
on Randolph near Fairview when she struck a large unmarked pot-
hole. The City of Saint Paul had notice of this pothole on
March 23, 1982 , but was unable to repair it before Ms . Sullivan's
accident. Her vehicle 's tire and rim were damaged in the amount
of $34 .13. This office approves the settlement of Ms . Sullivan's
claim in the amount of $34 .13 .
Claimant, Elaine Priester, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works , snow plow
being driven by Lester Pepin. Ms . Priester 's vehicle was stopped.
The City snowplow was unable to stop in time behind Ms . Priester
and struck it. The City snowplow was at a virtual stop and the
damage was slight. Ms . Priester's claim is for the repair of
her damaged vehicle . This offi.ce approves the settlement of
Ms . Priester 's claim in the amount of $218 .15.
Claimant, Dorothy Fenrick, requests reimbursement for medical
expenses and lost wages she incurred as a result of a sidewalk
falldown on June 10 , 1981, on Wall Street between Sixth and
Seventh Streets . This office approves the settlement of
Ms . Fenrick 's claim in the amount of $271 . 70 which reflects pay-
ment of the x-rays and partial payment for days absent from work.
Claimant, �ary J. Salkowicz, was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on
January 23, 1982 . The City vehicle was being driven by Officer
Michael D. Kelley. Officer I�elley 's squad was stuck in the
snow and a splow pushed the squad causing it to collide with
Mr. Salkowicz ' vehicle. This office approves the �settlement of
Mr. Salkowicz ' claim in the amount of $283 .50 .
