WI3EREAS, Richard K. Parr, supervisor of appraisal service for the
Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation, did file an application
identified as County Auditor' s Report No. 1066 with the Board of
Commissioners of Ramsey County and the Commissioners of Revenue for the
5tate of Minnesota to have certain specified special assessments for
street maintenance �b��ed for the assessment year 1981; and
GVHEREAS, The application reflects that the Public Housing Agency
acquired the subject property prior to October 16, 1981 and was there-
fore entitled to exempt classification on January 2, 1981 by Minn.
Statute 272. 66.
WHEREAS, The Ramsey County Department of Taxation has recommended
that the assessments for th� year 1982 be fully abated and placed on
the exempt role.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RE50LVED, That the Council of the City of
Saint Paul does hereby approve the above mentioned application of
Richard K. Parr for the abatement of special assessments for street
maintenance for the year 1981 and thereafter as is fully described in
the application identified as County Auditor' s Report No. 1066.
