RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
278173 ADOPTED FEBRUARY 4, 1982
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 278173 adopted February 4 ,
1982, the City Council created a Tax Increment District
comprising Block 9, Whitney and Smith's Addition and Block 13
St. Paul Proper (Census Tract Block 40) , and in electing a
tax increment computation method in relation to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 473F as provided for in Minnesota Statutes
Section 273 .76 Subdivision 3, at paragraph 6 page 3 of said
Resolution mistakenly recited clause (b) , when clause (a)
was intended; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED That paragraph 6 of City Council Resolution No.
278173 is hereby amended to read:
"6 . That it is hereby found and determined
that the City does elect, for the tax increment
district defined by the Amendment, the method
of tax increment computation set forth in
Section 273 .76, subd. 3 clause (a) , of the
Tax Increment Act. "

increments otherwise contributed to fiscal disparities pool .
