Redesignate Town Square Park from a 'regional ' park to a 'city' park; 2. Include the regional trail from Harri�t Island to South St. Paul which was inadvertently omitted from the Parks and Recreation Plan; and 3. Correct the figure quoted in St. Paul 's regional share of employment from 25% to 17.6%; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul hereby adopt the St. Paul Comprehensive Plan; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following items be changed in the Comprehensive Plan: 1 . Town Square Park be designated a 'city' park; 2. The regional trail from Harriet Island to the City of South St. Paul be shown in the Parks and Recreation Plan; and 3. The current St. Paul share of regional employment be correctly stated as 17.6%.
