ADVISABILTTY AND DESIRABILITY TO COUNCIL: April 13, 1982 Date of Hearing PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE MEETING: April 28, 1982 May 11, 1982 Cost DESCRIPTION SLOPES IN GRADING AND PAVING OF ARKWRIGHT AND MINNEHAHA In the matter of opening, widening, and extending Minnehaha Avenue by condemning and taking a permanent easement for street purposes over the following: The North 25 feet of Lot 34, Block 7, Warren and Winslow's Addition Also, in the matter of opening, widening and extending Arkwright Street by condemning and taking a permanent easement for street purposes over the following: All that part of Lots 21, 24, and 25, Block 11, Stinson's Addition and Lots 4, 5, and the east-west alley, Stinson's Subdivision of Block 10, Stinson's Addition, lying within the arc of a circle having 50 foot radius; the center of the said circle being 33 feet west of the west line of Block 11, Stinson's Addition and 150 feet north of the south line of Section 29, Township 29, Range 22. Also, permanent easement for slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavation thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and paving of Minnehaha Avenue and Arkwright Street.
