WIIEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code § 376.17(c) requires new applicants for a
taxicab driver's license to successfully complete a taxicab driver trainiug course as a prerequisite
for licensure; and

WHEREAS, Lisa Kraemer was issued a provisional operator license by the Office of
LIEP and was notified o£the tasicab driver training course to begin on Febniaty 14, 2000, but
failed to appear for the classes; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the provisional operator license (license ID # 19970000205) issued to
Lisa Kraemer is hereby revoked for failure to enroll in and successfully complete the required
taxicab drivertraining course.
