PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: That the proper City Of'f'icials be authorized to execute an Agreement wi�th the County of Ramsey to provide for the City's sale to the County of City produced asphalt. FINANCIAL IMPACT: ATTACHI�lENTS: Council Resolution � Agreement � :� � � � � �� � ��'"1859� � � AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this day of , 1982, by and between the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, Minnesota, hcreinafter referred to as "Saint Paul" and THE COUNTY U1�' RAMSEY , hereinafter referred to as "THE COUNTY" ; � WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Saint Paul is authorized and empowered to operate and maintain an asphalt plant pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 160.11, Subdivision 2; and � WEiEREAS, Saint Paul and �'HE COUNTY are road authorities as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 160.02, Subdivision 9; now, therefore, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN SAINT PAUL AND THE COUNTY OF �M�'� AS FOLLOWS: 1. That this agreement shall commence April 1, 1982, and terminate March 31, 1983. 2. The books, records, documents, and accounting practices of Saint Paul relevant to this agreement shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review or audit by personnel of the County, personnel authorized by the County, and either the legislative auditor or the state auditor as appropriate. 5.
