The Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection has recommended revocation
of your provisional operator status as a taxicab driver based upon your failure to enroll in and
successfully complete a ta�ticab driver training course, pursuant to Saint Paul iegislative Code
§ 376.17(d). Enciosed is a copy of the proposed resolution.
Please take notice that a heazing has been scheduled before the Saint Paul City Council for 5:30
p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2000 in the City Councii Chambers, Third Floor, Saint Paul
City HalURamsey County Courthouse. You wiil have an opporhznity to address the Council at
that time.
