THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 107.03 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, pertaining to the Planning Comznission's Zoning Co�nmittee, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "107.03 . Zoning committee. There is hereby created a zoning committee composed of eight members of the planning commission appointed in accordance with the rules of procedure of the planning commission.
