Community Develo en uncil Resolution t Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul did approve, upon the recommendation of the Mayor and with the advice of the Gapital Improvement Budget Committee, _ the Community Development Block Grant Year VIII Program as part of the 1982 Saint Paul Capital Improvement Budget; and WHEREAS, the financing for the 1982 Capital Improvement Budget included $9,000,000 in anticipated revenues to be provided to the City of Saint Paul by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Community Development Block Grant Year VIII Program; and WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has recently indicated to the Mayor that the City of Saint Paul will receive $8,413,000 in 1982 for the purpose of carrying out its Community Development Block Grant Year VTTT Program; now, therefore be it RESOLIIED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor and the City Council Committee on Finance, Management and Personnel , the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve the attached amendments to the 1982 Capital Improvement Budget, which attachment is hereby made part of this Resolution� and be it APPROVED: APPROVED: � �� � � �i��, 0 /�� _. - ge Capitas Improz��mer. This figure represents a $587,000 deficit in the adopted CDBG Year VIII Budget. This resolution amends various project and program budgets to reflect this shortfall .
