RESOLVED� tha.t upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of St. Paul, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 090�0-511-000 to Rose R. Claymon the sum of $6,000.00 in
full settlement of her claim for damages and injuries sustained
December 26, 1979, as a result of a fall on the sidewalk located
at 522 South Snelling Avenue.
