RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed
to execute an Agreement with the County of Ramsey whereby the City's
Division of Public Health laboratory shall be made available to County staff
assisting in the County's Lake Testing Program, for the period of one year,
commencing January 1, 1982; the City to be paid a sum not to exceed $3,240.

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: ,
Ramsey County is conducting a lake testing program which requires laboratory
facilities i+o anatyze the water samples. Since the County does not have suitable
facitities, they will pay the City for access 'to the Division `of Public Health
laboratory.
FtNANCIAL IMPACT:
The County will pay the City up to $3,240 for use of the laboratory during i982.
