RESOLVED� that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul� the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000 to Gene Masiello, Jr. and Gene
Masiello, Sr. the sum of $500.00 in full settlement of their
claim for damages sustained November 9, 1978, as a result of
an incident occurring at 1174 West Seventh Street, Saint Paul�
Minnesota.

Dan Carlson by Gene Ma.siello, Jr. and
Gene Ma.siello, Sr.
The above claimants request reimbursement for damages and injuries
sustained to Gene Masiello, Jr. on November 9, 1978 , as a result
of an incident arising out of an arrest by a police dfficer
at or near 1174 West Seventh Street.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
of $500.00.
