FURTHER RESOLV�, that the purpose for the acquisition as stated per Final Ordex, C.F. No. 278779� adapted J'�ine $, 1982, states a public right-of way and parking area is hereby rescinded; and FURTHER RESOLVED, that except as rescinded above and all other provisions of Final Order, C.F. No. 278779, adopted June 8, 1982, shall remain operative as adopted.
