A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having heard
all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby orders said improvement to be made
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Council hereby dete es the estate required for this improvement to be
fee simple, absolute�i��q�q�p�q��as described above; and th�r Officers and City Attomey are hereby authorized
and directed to take all actions necessary to acquire said real estate by purchase or eminent domain.
FURTHER RESOLV�, that the purpose for the acquisition as stated per Final
Ordex, C.F. No. 278779� adapted J'�ine $, 1982, states a public right-of way and
parking area is hereby rescinded; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that except as rescinded above and all other provisions of
Final Order, C.F. No. 278779, adopted June 8, 1982, shall remain operative as adopted.
