00-377council File # ()p — 3 Green Sheet # j O �-} ,,2 �\ RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, Presented By Referred To u 3 RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby appoint, upon request 4 of the City Attorney and because of special and unusual circumstances, the law firm of 5 Halleland, Lewis, Nilan, Sipkins & Johnson, with Donald M. Lewis as the lead attorney, 6 as special counsel representing the City of Saint Paul in the matter of Folev, et al. v.
