(2) It appears that the applicant for the variance has created his own hardship by proposing a second accessary structure that is 356 sq. ft. larger than the main structure and proposing to build on a property line splitting Lots 6 and 7, Block 9, Hersey-Woolsey Addition. A more appropriate building could be designed for this site or a second main structure built on the adjacent lot. (3) The variance cannot be granted without substantial detriment to the community or to the intent of the Zoning Code. The intent of the Zoning Code is that accessory structures be less in area and massing than are the main structures . (4) The variance cannot be granted without substantial detriment to the neighbors ' supply of light, air, health� safety or property values .
