WHEREAS, AHW CORPORATION is the owner and developer of property within Energy Park
described as all that part of the South Half of the North Half of Section 27,
Township 29 North, Range 23 West, which lies within the following described lines.
(See attached survey)
WHEREAS, AHW CORPORATION plans to develop this property with townhomes,
condominiums, apartments, commercial retail establishments, offices, medical clinic,
and health and recreational faeilities, and,
WHEREAS, AHW CORPORATION's site provides insufficient public street frontage to
properly address the proposed townhomes, condominiums, apartments, commercial
retail establishments, office, medical clinic, and health and recreational
facilities, and
WHEREAS, AHW CORPORATION plans to provide vehicular access to the commercial
retail establishments via two (2) private drives intersecting Energy Park Drive
at a location from the center line of N. Lexington Parkway and Energy Park Drive
westerly to Bandana Square Boulevard East and Bandana Boulevard West which is
1574.77' and 2151.66' respectively,
RESOLVED, that these two (2) proposed unnamed private drives shall hereafter be
known and designated by the names of Bandana Boulevard East and Bandana
Boulevard West respectively, and shall remain as privately ownecl drives;
and be it further
RESOLVED, •that the Department of Public Works shall issue numbers for the
commercial retail establishments using Ba�iana Boulevard East and Bandana
Boulevard West as the designated street names; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall place and
maintain numbers on the commercial retail establishsments as provided by Chapter
71 of the St. Paul Legislative code; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall maintain
and operate, at their own cost and expense, the proposed prinate drives in a
clear and unobstructed manner to provide through access for all vehicular
traffic, including emergency services vehicles; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall construct
and maintain at their own cost and expense the necessary signing of the private
drives, to be known as Bandana Boulevard East and Bandana Boulevard West, to
the satisfaction of the direction of the Department of Public Works.
FURTHER RESOLVED, AHW Corporation plans to provide vehicular access to the above
developments as shown on the attached plan, the streets lettered "S" through "Z"
are to be named at a later date.
