Tedesco and Members of the City Council 7th Floor City Hall Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102 Dear Council Members: Transmitted herewith is a resolution appointing the members of the Personnel Issues Task Force and providing for the funding of the task force 's staff work. The ten member s of the task force were picked for their experience and capability. Because this is a matter of concern to the whole community and one on which we must all work together, I have made an attempt to represent as many points of view as possible within the limits of a committee size small enough to be effective . ° I request your expeditious action in approving this resoluti n so that the task force may set to its important and difficul work before the end of 1982 . I will, of course , keep you apprised of the task force 's progress . Sincerel , O L IMER Ma r GL:kh cc : Gregory Haupt List 9 List 10 Task Force Members Attachment
