That the City's 1983 CapitaT Improvement Budget be amended to include a spend g plan for the repair of the Civic Center Parking Ramp which includes these estimat d costs: Reconstruction $2,500,000 Equipment 100,000 Engineering 140,000 Bond Sale Expense and Discounts 85,000 $2,825,000 2. That the City Finance, Management and Personnel Committee consider the financing plan options for the ramp repair project along with the recommendation f the Mayor, and that the Committee decide which financing plan is appropriate 3. That the City Council take appropriate action to implement a 1983 ramp repair financing plan in time to obtain permanent financing by March 1983 4.
