Mr. Triviski is the President of Kelly s , Inc. and the sole
shareholder. Mr. Lyle M. Triviski , is the Vice-President and �
Mr. Arnold Divine is the Secretary-Treasurer of the corpora-
tion.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation
is for approval .
