proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l. Maryan Peterson the sum of $120 .00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about September 7 , 1982 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk's office on 5eptember 29 , 1982 .
2 . Nancy A. Vance the sum of $143 .00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about September 22 , 1982 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk 's office on September 29 , 1982 .
3. Arnold Rosenquist the sum of $830 .50 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about September 22 ,
1982 as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim
filed with the City Clerk 's office on September 28 , 1982 .
4 . Clinton Goepfert the sum of $72 .00 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about June 21, 1982
as more particulariy set out in the Notice of Claim filed
with the City Clerk 's office on October 13, 1982 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MARYAN PETERSON, NANCY A. VANCE,
ARNOLD ROSENQUIST, AND CLINTON GOEPFERT
Claimant Maryan Peterson, requests reimbursement for damages to her
eye glasses which were damaged when she fell on sidewalk owned by
the City of Saint Paul. The falldown occurred on the east side
of the 400 block of Daly Street approximately 150 feet south of
Jefferson Avenue. This office approves the settlement of Ms . Peterson's
claim in the amount of $120 .00 .
Claimant, Nancy A. Vance, requests reimbursement for medical bills
incurred as a result of a falldown in from of 742 East Geranium.
Mrs . Vance got out of her car and stepped into a pothole on the
boulevard in front of 742 East Geranium. This office approves
the settlement of Mrs. Vance 's claim in the amount of $143.00 .
Claimant, Arnold Rosenquist, requests reimbursement for money spent
for sewer excavation. Mr. Rosenquist contacted the City of Saint
Paul , Department of Public Works and complaint that his sewer was
not working properly. He was told by City employees that there
was a break in the sewer line leading from the house to the sewer
line. He called Ryan Plumbing and they found the cause of the
damage to be in the catch basin where rodents had eaten away the
sewer l.ine. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Rosenquist's
claim in the amount of $830 . 50 .
Claimant, Clinton Goepfert, requests reimbursement for medical
expenses paid out as a result of his minor daughter, Tanya Goepfert,
catching her finger in a door at Palace Recreation Center. Thi�:�
office approves the settlement of Mr. Goepfert 's claim in the amount
of $72 .00 .
